So, as I understand, I can use however many samples I please to create original music which I can sell as my work so long as I give credit to the person who created/uploaded the sample and freesound.org.
What if I don't have a website where I can keep a running list of all credits? If every time I release a song and post the credits in a blog, is that acceptable? Or what if I create a blog just to post all credits and make a link on, lets say my myspace, that says like " Credits at : www. blahh blahh blahh .com Special Thanks to Freesound.org".
you can use metadata if the music is distirbuted in mp3 or ogg files. try http://easytag.sourceforge.net/
if it's an embedded flash player thing, it's ok to have a link to a page where the credits are listed.
if it's an archive (zip, rar etc) release, include a text file with credits in it.
