I've downloaded about 10-12 samples so far over the last few days, but when I click http://www.freesound.org/usersAttribution.php, the page that comes up looks like this, listing no downloads:

This form below lists all the samples you downloaded from freesound with some data.
You can use this form to attribute samples to users when you use them.
If there are files you didn't use, you can delete them from the list.

The list is sorted from the last file you downloaded to your first download ever...

It seems to be broken, it's not listing my downloads either.
But (as workaround) you can also see your downloads at >this page<.

I'm having the same problem. How did you get that alternate page of listings?

You go to your userpage, which in your case is located here.
You can find the page by either clicking the little squiggly icon under your name here on the forum or by clicking your username on the left, where it says "You are logged in as ...".
Then, click the link "Files you downloaded..."
