Hello, I create After Effects Project Files [Animations] and sell my work at a site. You ARE allowed to also give the customer that buys your project the sound files you used in the animation, ONLY if you have the rights to do so of course.
I looked at the FAQ and the Terms of Service / Condition and such and found nothing clear, so my question is:
Am I allowed to distribute and give out the audio sound files along with my product project file as long as I give credit? I can give credit on the description of my project on the site AND in the .txt document included in the project.
BTW, the site is VideoHive.net if you guys are familiar with it. Thanks
I believe your customer's usage of the sounds would also be governed by the terms Freesound licence
"Creative Commons Sampling Plus 1.0" ...
# You may not use this work to advertise for or promote anything but the work you create from it.http://creativecommons.org/licenses/sampling+/1.0/
# For any reuse or distribution, you must make clear to others the license terms of this work.
The best way to do this is with a link to this web page.
So I CAN distribute this and give it out with my product as long as I make it 100% clear about FreeSound's Terms of Usage and the CreativeCommons License.
Correct?
