As long as you:
1. Credit the sounds you used and the people that made them (include the author's name, name of sound, and URL to the sound somewhere in the game like the credits).
2. Aren't using the sounds to sell a product (you can sell a product with sounds in them, you just can't advertise a product using those sounds)
3. Mash-up, or change the original sound into a new sound that's unrecognizable when compared to the original (if you can't do this, ask the author for permission. If they say yes, you're good)
That's the gist of it, you should read the legal stuff on the site to be totally sure. There's a ton of really good forum discussions about the legal stuff too that's really helpful.
