I'm myself is an amateur composer and I CCd my works on soundcloud (most of my music is free for commercial use) but I would like to find a real good place where I can find people who think the same way as me.

I'm looking for a community where people offer their compositions for free with CC license or any other way.
I found some sites listed on creativecommons.org/legalmusicforvideos but most of them are not even free. I think freemusicarchive.org is the best one but still I couldn't find what I'm looking for.

In fact I need this for a movie which my friend made and she lacks money to pay for the selected (funny) song: Kyu Sakamoto: Sukiyaki from 1963. I offered her that I compose a similar song for her but there is not enough time and it's not an easy job so we should find other solutions. Can anyone give me advice?
