Hello all,
I am in need of major help. My family has fallen apart, thanks to my grandparents. It has gone into complete chaos. I want them out of the picture. Before, my mom was calm, and seldom wasted money. But now, she is unexplainable! She's gone wild and suddenly blames my dad for everything! My dad tries, but failes to open her eyes. How do I tell grandpa and grandma that it's time to smeg off? I know I just cursed, it's just they have driven me insane! It's my senior year in high school, to make things worse. My house is a complete hellhole. The band room at my high school is my real home now. I know, I know. How odd. I'd live there if I could.
do you have anyone near you that you can talk to about this? Pastor? Priest? Rabbi? Imam? School Counselor?

Mania is the signature characteristic of bipolar disorder and, depending on its severity, is how the disorder is classified. Mania is generally characterized by a distinct period of an elevated mood, which can take the form of euphoria. People commonly experience an increase in energy and a decreased need for sleep, with many often getting as little as 3 or 4 hours of sleep per night, while others can go days without sleeping. A person may exhibit pressured speech, with thoughts experienced as racing. Attention span is low, and a person in a manic state may be easily distracted. Judgment may become impaired, and sufferers may go on spending sprees or engage in behavior that is quite abnormal for them.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bipolar_disorder#Manic_episode
