On the old we page you could preview the sound.
Does this exist in the new webpage?
Hi markmark12,
If you can see the waveform on a black background, the play triangle is in the bottom right corner. If not, hover your mouse over it and the play/pause button appears. In fact you can click anywhere on the waveform to play from that point. If you only have a white space instead of the waveform picture your flash player plug-in is broken or disabled.
Wibby.
I see none of this on the Mac with Safari.
I will check to see if it works on a PC...checking.....Of course..it is a Mac
issue...will investigate.
Thanks for the help
I have used a -I-pod yesterday (incl safari, and that was working okey..
You have version 10,1,102,64 installed
Apparently I do have Flash Player as above installed
on my Mac G5 OSX 10.411, but on the Mac
all the preview boxs that are visible on the PC
are totally invisible on the Mac.
Does anyone know a way to fix this?
Do you have any Flash blocking software installed? Such as ClickToFlash?
This software should replace all Flash on webpages with a dark [click to activate Flash] box. But somehow, this doesn't work with Freesound.
Also, Opera's plugin blocker (which works the same as ClickToFlash), works fine with all other websites, doesn't work with Freesound.
Workaround: uninstall Flash blocker or use browser that does not have any blocking capabilities.
