This is one of those holiday things that I remember: I remember complaining to my dad that I really didn't like many of the Christmas carols that we sang at church. (I still don't like "Silent Night" or "Away in the Manger.") My dad suggested that if I didn't like the ones we sang, I should write a new one.
I've finally done that. I've written a new Christmas carol.
(It doesn't involve any freesounds - but you might appreciate it any way.)

Hello Holy Brother,
You did ´your´ own dare and that was nice. Completely different than the freesound-dare. To be honest, I love the African carols more because it swings and I automaticly - believer or not - start smiling when I see these people worship with there whole body.
I wonder what your son is thinking about it????? What is his opinion. Is history repeating it selves or is he singing your carol al day?
He son of Jeff, I wait for your dare of a new Christmas carol.... Try it... You can do it. Just the music I mean.... Your father will help you for sure. He is a great musicion.
Boys, have a good week-end,
If you'd like the sheet music for the carol I wrote so that you can play it yourself, you can find it here:
