Hey there !
My name is Andy, I am from germany and I have a question to the community.
So what is that noise, or "effect" called at 2:46 in this Video ?

Thanks for your help !!!
Greetings from Germandy

I think it's just the singer, Danny Worsnop, growling (aka. destroying his vocal cords)
He's also doing it at ~1.30
