Although I've been a year since I registered, today is my first time uploading samples that I recorded myself. I wonder if there is any ways to monitor what I have uploaded, to have a check and maybe even delete some samples that I don't think is good?

Sure, just click the Home tab under the freesound logo on this same page, it will bring you to your profile with the latest sounds you uploaded.
