Can you identify the sound in this track?

The sound occurs very quickly between 0:09 - 0:10 seconds.

It is tonally bright, metallic sounding, much like a cowbell, with an accented delay on top of it.

While it appears to be a familiar percussion sound, I just can't seem to pin it down, nor replicate it on any typical drum machine, or sample library.

Any advice or help would be really appreciated.

After a little more research I'm starting to think it it's a cha go bell. Would anyone like to confirm?

It seems to be an agogo with some reverb on it.

I think it’s tuned in between the ‘hi’ and ‘lo’ agogo sounds found on most drum machines. Try pitching up a ‘lo agogo’ sample and see if it sounds similar.
