I am forever gratefull !
Go here:
http://langtons.atspace.com/audio/waveform.html
Try this one
t&t;>>8 & (t+2)*(t+7)^(t/33)
One of the many "formulas" I have just discovered by random experimentation.
I will never be bored again!
Another variant here:
http://wurstcaptures.untergrund.net/music/
Just a change to 2 of the numbers in the default formula, t * ((t>>11|t>> 8 )& 63 & t>> 8 ) and you get this (**** BEWARE! IT'S LOUD! ****) :
http://wurstcaptures.untergrund.net/music/?oneliner=t%20*%20%28%28t%3E%3E11|t%3E%3E8%29%2663%26t%3E%3E8%29&oneliner2;=&t0;=0&tmod;=0&duration;=30&separation;=100&rate;=8000
Doesn't it also look cool?
Hey copyc4t
Thanks!
And by the way...
Since the original link that toiletrolltube found is pretty old (2011/2012). Anything from there would be acceptable for the current dare:

(hint, hint...)
toiletrolltube
I will see if the admins can move the thread.
In the meantime, I offer you this little symphony. Derived from your equation:
t&t;>>(8-t)|t>>10 & (t+2)*(t+7)^(t/33)
Note: remove the ";" from the equation above. The editor always puts it back on my post (maybe it is trying to do some html conversio...)
Has quite a rhythm!!!
By the way, I am using the link that copyc4t provided. You can select the sample rate, which means you can listen to each equation at different speeds. Makes a lot of difference. Try it!
To sanitize the formula I posted, I put spaces after the &'s not to cause the html-escaping attempt, and in the middle of unintentional smiley codes, like between 8 and )
Hi guys & gals,
Haven't tried it (perhaps I am now) but for passing equations verbatim, does the freesound post server honor HTML CODE tags "This is inside a code tag "
or QUOTE "This is inside a quote tag " tags?
Wibby
edit No.3; Well, it seems not, unless I bugled up my syntax! On editing this reply it's ignored the CODE tag except for stripping the font and stripped the QUOTE tag completely. It would be v useful if Freesound could implement one of the tags to do the job of not reformatting characters at all.
