Read earlier on that the voice of many automated announcements at UK rail stations (and also the voice of the 'Mind the Gap' announcement on the Tube, Phil Sayer, has died.

Indeed, he appears in some of my recordings, old and new, in a variety of situations.
My new set of recordings from the tube will be dedicated to him and I'm planning on making a sound collage of announcement voiced by him.
