To add images into a forum post use the IMG html tag.

Put the direct link between the quotation marks and remove the spaces from before and after the "<>" symbols. It also helps to make sure the images aren't too large, or else they will be clipped on one side or hang outside of the margins.
The freesound player has a spectrogram option, (click on the bar-graph icon) ...

I found the sonic visualiser melodic range spectrogram option useful for me to get more morphological or topographical nuances
