So I'm dealing with this situation where someone keeps leaving nasty comments on my sounds. Not constructive criticism (which would be fine), just useless meanness. Despite the fact that I get email notifications about it, when I try to figure who's leaving these comment the comments no longer exists when I go to check the sound they were posted on. And the user that left them no longer exists on this site.
Has anyone else encountered this before? Are potentially hurtful/toxic comments screened or something, and that's why I get email notifications about them but don't see them on my actual sounds? Is there a way to stop this? I realize it's not the biggest deal in the world and it doesn't come close to outweighing the good I've received from being a part of this community. But I figure it might be helpful to ask, knowing how to fend off trolls is always good.
Dear @SilverIllusionist, this has not happened to me and I am sorry it is happening to you. If it continues, I would seek help from the moderators. Question: are there account names associated with these comments? If so, jot them down along with the date of the bullying.

Small thing, but an update to the email-bot text might save temporary anxiety -
Add the line -
"If freesound reports that username_xxx-poster doesn't exist it will be because they deleted themselves, or we deleted them for recurrent abuse."
