Cool. Most of these are good enough to be used as serious instruments, especially the kalimba and keyboard. But some also have very limited range so I can see how they'd be called toys.
I'll definitely be making some silly tracks with these in future! (Edit: Here's one.)
I also noticed these are by MonsterDAW. They also make a piano plugin which has numerous piano models in it. I mostly use Keyzone Classic but the other pianos are just as usable.
I though Nirvana would work with toy instruments:

Now that I've done that other composition, I can say that the majority of instruments in this pack have a multi-octave range. They must have sampled multiple items, or done pitch-shifting, to fill out the ranges. So the toy trumpet (which normally only does 5 notes in reality) can play whole parts!
The music box is really good - mellow, not shrill. Probably the best thing in the pack.

Apparently round-robin ... https://youtu.be/TsRSmQggZfQ?&t=197
Right, that'll add variation, but it won't fill out the missing notes. I'm guessing they pitch-shifted them or something to obtain the chromatic scale. Same with the harmonica - those are usually diatonic.
Anyway, it's a great sound library especially for free. Thanks for sharing!
