Someone sent me a sample of a French voice, or at least it seems so I needed for a work, but never told me what the voice was saying. I asked him in an e-mail, but it's been three months and no answer so I thought I'd post a link to the mp3 with the voice here and see if anyone can tell me what the voice says and if it's really French. Thanks in advance!
Here's the sample:
All I can hear is " No que gastan todavia" which means " that are not used anyway" if my *SPANISH* isn't too rusty. Not french at all.
Crazy, now that you said it I can hear something like "no que se gastan todavia". Hell, what is that supposed to mean? hock: Todavia is the same as still or yet.
