Hi!
Im wondering why no one ever writes which version of the okm binaurals they record with. The price difference is fairly significant i think.. www.thomann.de/de/search_dir.html?sw=okm
Im going to buy a pair, but dont know how much noisier the cheaper ones are from the more expensive. Or if the differences are in other specs, not signal to noise.
So.. Which ones do you use?
Best regards

You can see the specs here: http://www.soundman.de/englisch/techdata_okm_eng.htm
It seems the Studio(=Rock) version can handle higher sound pressure than the Classic (which I'm using), that's all. FAQ available here: http://www.soundman.de/englisch/faqs_eng.htm
saludos
Something you need to watch with these is they draw a relatively high current. Not something that is battery-affecting, but they load the PiP on newer Sony HiMD models, for instance, which reduces gain and increases distortion. These need a battery box with HiMD even at normal levels
