Are there any freeware programs that will do a sliding pitch shift to a file?

sound forge has a graphical pitch shifting plug in....(but thats not free) unfortunately i do not know of any others. if its just a couple of things I'll be happy to do it for you if you find no alternative.

You may be able to find a free VST plugin to do this, but I've never personally come across one. You can have a look at http://www.kvraudio.com/ for starters...

I seem to recall an earlier forum thread on this topic, you can try finding it again but I haven't had any luck.
