Hi. Could someone recomend a good FREE music-making software download? I have Audacity and Anvil Studios, but I can't get Anvil to export to .wav and still retain the same sound quality. It doesn't even sound like the same music when I export from Anvil, which makes it useless to me.

I use FL Studio which has a free demo you can try out. The program is not free but it is pretty cheap compared to a lot of other programs. Price ranges from $50 - $300 depending on which version you choose. If you do get the program, I highly recommend getting the Soundfont addon as it lets you use the thousands of great soundfonts out there.

I would go with Fl Studio, Its what i use.

Cakewalk GT Pro 3 does it for me worth the money.
