By loopmaker, do you mean a program that enables you to make a file that keeps looping so you don't have to keep playing it, or just something that can help you mix and match your sounds
Hmm a "Loop Maker" . . . Free is Audacity, You need make them around Exactly 5 second or 10 seconds or on a Half second to make a good loop. Second you'll need something to Tempo them. Or just copy and paste as many times as you want. Or get a Tracker. get MadTracker. And continuously hit the C5 to keep looping it. thats what I can tell you. . . . .
