I can get this set (2x matched cardoid condenser mikes) for 90 euros. Sounds like a pretty good deal, and since i just spend a lot of money on a sound devices 722 I'm looking for something stereo that will keep me happy for a little while. (I allready have a decent shotgun mike: Sennheiser MKH-415T and 2 Large diaphragm condseres, Studio-Projects B-1).

So check the specs:
-40dBV/pa(10mv/pa)
200 ohm impedance
22 dB (A weighted) self noise.

What yo uguys think of this spec (more in the url)

Interesting indeed, and after your first post on Superlux I looked for an european distributor... no success. Anton, would you purchase directly from the States? It's tempting, but that makes me uneasy because I never did before :?:

A Sound Devices 722 deserves more than 22 dB of self noise.

But it does depend on what you are recording, if it's loud then you are not going to notice it much.

I have a pair of Behringer C2 mics (similar) these are rated 75 dB S/N (A-Weighted) and sound a LOT noisier than my Rode NT5s @ 78 dB S/N...it's like night and day....
