In fact these site use the flash video codec know as the FLV format,
so you must find a site or a software/freeware that extract that file...
the best site to do this is:
you put the link of the youtube page,
after you will get the FLV file,
and you have just to find something to convert to another format,
VLC player (freeware) do the job to convert in MPEG/AVI format,
just go in the menu File/Wizard/Transcode/etc...
another things when you give the link,
if it donT work you must give the generic link not the full link
for instance:
