I guess this is a combined post, both asking how a certain sound effect is made, what it's called and if there are any such sound effects on this site.
What is the metallic sweeping sound that fades in, slightly panned to the left, which you can hear from http://youtu.be/rbtGYCaDcJU?t=11s. Is it some stretched out celesta?
If you mean the part at around 30 secs then it could be something like a reversed cymbal....
You had the part of the clip right, soundsfromsound, at 13-20 seconds, it changes pitch down once with a new attack-sustain-decay envelope at around 16 seconds in. It's a bit similar to this: http://www.freesound.org/people/matiasromero/sounds/65488/ only lower pitch and with a tinkle emphasis on higher chiming frequencies. I think I'm gonna try to reproduce the sound in Sonar using a combination of that sound, celesta and another reversed cymbal
