So, I am in dire need of some special voices for a mock advertisement, but I don't really have access to voice actors and I am awful. I have seen people use text to speech software that has good natural inflections and record features. Any suggestions on what software I may be able to get to do this?
http://translate.google.com/ has text-to-speech. But do not know the rights.
It has no inflections or anything, I am looking for something that I can emulate half-way decent approximations of emotion when they speak and can tweak the voices of. But thanks for the suggestion!
There are a lot of good TTS, but the problem are the rights to use exported voice. One of our companies made change in that area, and they have pretty well voices, check here:
Hi rfgquantum,
I came across a really good T2S. Listen to this demo track I made, at the beginning and the end you will hear the voice i generated. I promise you it isnt a real vocal, its emulated.

On the website www.naturalreaders.com, i used the 'try it' box to generate the vocal. It will take a lot of playing around and you will have to record the output of the browser into recording software. But My god it provides astonishing result as you will hear in the composition i linked.
I wanted to add, that sample you linked was fantastic as well. Nicely done!
