I have a small problem with my Edirol R09HR. Was wondering if anyone here could help me to solve it. This has nothing to do with the electronics of the recorder. It is working perfectly fine, touch wood. It is the small rubber shutter or cover (I am not too sure what it is technically called) at the bottom that has come off. It is supposed to cover the bottom where you push the SD card in. It is attached on one side at three very small points. These work as a hinge. It has come off from there. I can still use it. But it is not quite the same as original.
I wonder how to fix it. It is too small an issue to take to the service center, which is not there in my city in any case. If there was some bright DIY idea from someone I could try it perhaps. In case you wanted to know - my recorder is about 3 years old.
