I'm looking for a program that I can use like a turn table to scratch wav/mp3/rex2 files with. I thought I'd seen one in Frooty Loops before but can't remember. Thanks

There is an excellent Plugin in FL Studio (FruityLoops) called Wave Traveller.

THANKS SO MUCH! I knew there was a way to program a scratch exactly how I wanted it without getting a live DJ involved. I really appreciate your reply. This solves a lot for me. Keep making music, the world needs it!

thats not even coming close to a scratching sound.

Ok... if you assign a sample to a jog/shuttle weel in a DAW or pitch bender weel in a software sampler it might be a little closer to a turntable playing a sound forth and back BUT still there is no fader switching the sound on and off. Try a midi gate maybe and trigger on off by pressing a key on your keybord?! I havent tried that myself because there is Serato or Final Scratch and other "nearly vinyl emulations" around that I use...

To imitate these unique sounds at least the basic knowledge of scratching technique would be helpful but if that what this plugin produced as "scratching sounds" was close enough for you I'm glad...
