Delayed yet continuous playback from live field recording

Can anyone help with suggestions for this conundrum? I want to amplify/broadcast continuous ambient sound that I will capture but with a delay of about 15 seconds. In other words, I want to send live sound to speakers 15 seconds after the sound occurs. This is for an installation and I need to have this running continuously for almost a month. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, You could try this - http://www.scannermaster.com/DelayPlay_p/01-561344.htm plugged into an av amp. Cheers.
