Well I don't have too much experience myself in this area... but generally I think you'd need;
• Voice Artists
• Mikes (a variation of vocal, instrument and misc)
• Some good software like Logic or Protools, with some plugins for messing around with the stuff.
• MIDI Controller would help, as well as some cool instruments to mess around with to get sound effects
• A good set of ears to see what sounds in your daily life could be recorded, tweaked and used for the thing.
Out of interest, what kind of game is it?
Well, there are two or more ways to create Sound Effects (short is FX, or Sound FX) :
You record some existing Sound/s - e. g. from Nature - and possibly tweak them, until a new Sound is born.
or
You use a Synthesizer to create completely new (and maybe completely artificial sounding) Sounds, like told in the Book by Peter Georges:

Thank you very much for all your posts.
About voice artists, Im not sure where to find this guy and if ever there's one, I hope it would be easy to tweak. And honestly, I enjoy making those sounds myself.
Thanks again and I hope more people will share their knowledge on this matter.
Hi melodyman,
I think you are using some bad software for create a sound effect in your games. There are many ways to creates a sound in your game. You are use those software which sound quality is good. First you to the sound setting and set all effect of sound after than you create your game. I think result should be better.

I suggest some VST plug-ins which you may also find of use - and they are free !
If you are also looking for a VST plug-in host, you can try the free version of Reaper.
Audacity is an audio editor that may be worth investigating. I have never used it myself, but I believe it also supports VST plug-ins.
