Hi folks! My name is Steelman, I'm looking for some good rock'n roll drumloops, also rock ballads. I also need some brake and fills, to livin' it up a bit. Been looking all over the web, and have not fund anything satisfying. Can anybody help. I use acid 5.0 for making music. Beats from 80 to 140 is prefered. :?:

Try "loop" tags and try searching specific tempos... there are several on here and new ones all the time... good luck!

There's some really good ones on this page, but I'm not so sure about the copyright thing since they're directly sampled from old records...some of them are from records made for sampling though so those ones would probably be OK to use the way they are, or for drum inspiration!

Drum loops can be valuable. I have some sample libraries I paid over $100 and found them worth it. The reason is they were professionally recorded not only using a drummer with good chops but quality drums and quality microphones. One set I'm particularly fond of uses nearly a million dollars in gear, including snare drums that themselves are rare and worth tens of thousands of dollars. These are perfect for beat slicers. Due to the nature of it all though, I'd not upload anything derived from that even though I'm clearly licensed to use them in my own songs. Many of the loops you find are merely programmed patterns using otherwise existing samples. Because they're largely derivitive it's usually ok, but there may be circumstances where it is not. I have refused to buy some sample libraries because I was smart enough to read the licensing terms first. A wise thing to do ...

i just read this and make me think you should search for old drumdrops vynils in ebay or 2nd handed shops,seems to fit to your needs...

this was on the first series before home studio and big sample libraries appears available on vynils in the 80 i think or somethin like...sounds fat and efficient

i know a thing or two about drum loops and i can tell you that there's nothing like the sound you get out of vinyl. find some records and sample them... then fuck with them in acid pro...

or you can just get individual sounds (ie. kick, snare...) use the loop option in acid and make ur own drums

If you are still looking for high quality drum loops from any kind of percussion to synth. I would definitely recommend appropriate section here
Not only samples are great but also affordable.
