...for black/death metal band.
I'm using a Boss br-600 with a drum machine included but the drums sounds aren't ideal for the type of music I'm playing. I would like to have some suggestion of other drum kits that sounds great when blast beats and extreme drumming!!
Free or not
Thanx a lot for your help
No Idea ??
Anybody !?
Cuz IM sure there's plenty of sounds that fits metal better than what I have and i'm quite new at this so I have no idea wich ones...
Just give some suggestion please
I have been looking for years for a good metal kit and have found a few decent sounds here and there mostly I look for acoustic kits and drum sounds cuz 808's and 909's just don't do it for heavy music, this site has some great stuff though go look through the sample packs or search for stuff like "acoustic drum kits" or "double kick drums" or search by the names of the makers of drums and cymbals like Maypex, Tamma pearl and Zillgian.
I used two kits from here for my metal:

Both are pretty useful and mixed them together on the record I mentioned here
However, I found out that hyperblasting never sounds good when programmed so if you really look for a good bit of blasting I would advise you to ask a drummer to do that for you. When programmed, it always sounds artificial and like a drumcomputer gone mental.
