Hi..
I found 1 really great trance song on freesound.org, but i would like to make loops from it so that i can actually use it in my video game..
I would like to separate song to 5 parts, each part would have different intensity, starting from lowest intensity to highest.. So i would use low intensity at start of game and how time would pass intensity would get bigger..
Problem is that each part needs to have connected start and end so that when part finishes and starts over listener doesn't notice that.. So i need to create a loop..
Can someone do this for me or at least tell me how to do it?
Thx in advance...
This is the song : http://www.freesound.org/samplesViewSingle.php?id=49266
Problem is that song is increasing tempo
Try looping very short selections
Problem is that song is increasing....volume constantly.
Try using a volume/amplitude envelope to balance beginning and end.
Hope this helps.
hi,
i think its do-able but the problem is its recorded at 32 bit for some reason ?? I cant import it into either Pro-Tools or Peak Le
If you were to make the quiet sections louder to even out the volume-then use a low pass filter on the whole audio file-and make cuts on the individual sections (looping points) once these all work (loop properly) then re-apply the low pass filter back onto the audio files (possibly using automation to get the speed right).
Hope this helps a bit
