i often find good files here on this site and use it as a beat, synth or something else but often they are not looped.

my program cannot make a track of so many separate files at once so i need to loop just one file instead of using like 60 files for just one beat. how do i do it? do i save the file as another file or something?

bear in mind that i use Reason 4 and Soundtrack Pro

very well then, does a demo version loop products as well or do i need the whole thing? how i loop in the program in that case?

Audacity is free, there's no demo, you can just go and download the full program
Looping can be done by shift-clicking the play button, if you make a selection it will loop only that. Shift-clicking near the edge on the selection will allow you to adjust the selection. If you have finetuned the loop to your liking, just go to Edit > Trim to cut out the selected portion and throw away the rest of the sample.
Note that Audacity edits non-destructive, as long as you don't save over the sound files, however you edited the sound, the original files will remain fine.

If you want to repeat the loop, you can Select All, then ctrl-C to copy, click somewhere off to the right of the sample and hit ctrl-V to paste, you should now have the loop playing twice. Repeat for as long as you want the loop to be. Then save as with a new filename.
