I am designing the sound for a show at Louisiana State University and I need some help.
We are performing Lorca in a Green Dress. It in it calls for a classic piano lullaby (the play is set in the 1930s.
Can any of you point me in the direction of a song that may be appropriate. anything that is 1920s and earlier would be a great help.
Thank you so much.

Do you know this catalan (living most of his life in Paris) composer, Frederic Mompou? He made several lullabies, right now I remember one named 'Cuna' (meaning cradle). Worth checking it, it's often played at the piano, and also on the guitar (I have played it sometimes myself, could even provide you with a recording). But judge by yourself, maybe Mompou it's too melancholic for a Lorca performance.
