hmm, i always think it is a big word if you cant find anything.... how long did you search???
if you search right almost everything is findable... i myself downloaded over 10 gb of samples of the internet all for free....
but anyways.... here:
http://www.samplesense.com/downloads-folder/WavSampleBankDL/Samplesense-Hoovers_01.zip
dunno if you need to make an account first... i believe you do....
you might want to find a guy called angerfist. he's a really un-comercial hardstyle/gabba dj and producer from rotterdam (in holland) which is the home of gabba . he uses quite a lot of hoover samples. some tunes to look out for: audio waste, dance with the wolves, cannibal (not sure if tha uses the hoover,) pissin razorbladez, just search for his stuff, it's pretty much the most brutal and destroying electronic music made with a 4/4 beat.
i used to be into hard house till i got bored with it and you can try albums by tony de vit, best bet tho is a guy called captain tinrib, his label tinrib records had loads of hoovers .i dont have time to found out any 4 you but download or buy some of ther albums and you should find a few. tin rib and pete wardman did a track together back mid 90's on tinrib records and it was a fuckin cracker but i dont know its name anymore.
hopes thats sum kind of help fur ye...tinribs got a track called hoover time av just recalled too and its on youtube.

have a search for Commander Tom
http://www.discogs.com/artist/Commander+Tom
-he was one of the originators of the hoover sound.
-Noom records specialized in that style of techno/trance
also check 'The Sound of the Hoover'
http://www.discogs.com/release/168388
-a good compilation of that genre of techno/trance
John the Dentist is also a big name in hoover trance... good dj too
http://www.discogs.com/artist/Jon+The+Dentist
Also look at a genre called 'UK Hardhouse' this is basically super high energy house- with some hoover & trance elements. Some good stuff in there for you also.
While you're at it- check out Chris Liberator, Hardfloor, D.A.V.E. The Drummer for some great acid trance.
happy hunting
