Not aware of anything like that here, though you can probably find stuff like stereo feedback.
Try perusing the Live Music Archive at Archive.org.
Look through some concerts and listen to the first track from each, especially if it's labeled "tune-up" or something. (Also note that the license for those songs is different from freesound...)
i expect the reason the reason you can't find this sound check is because it's not something pro sound guys do... they get the performers to actually sing and play their instruments for the check, as this is the true output level. If they set their levels to them saying one, two.... the system would blow up when they actually started playing...

Might they not do the "one, two" thing to simply ensure that the mike in question is working, then do have the performers do full songs to get the settings right?
Anyway, it may not be something the pros do, but that still leaves plenty of amateurs...
