hmmm, a binaural beat. interesting meditational material.
I wonder what it would be like to meditate to some other sounds?

Looking for what should be a pretty simple sound to come up with. The sound will be used for meditation, the right channel should be a tone at 404Hz while the left channel plays at 400Hz. Thank you.
Thats interesting... whats the theory on this meditational practice to this frequency?
Here are some binaural beat web sources on the effects of entrainment using binaural beats

I've used the Monroe HemiSync CDs for a few years without dramatic results. But as Robert Monroe said, '...it's like music. It won't instantly teach you how to dance, but it'll make it easier.'
I've made a few CDs using the binaural beat technology and sold a few also.
