over in the "bjork" thread we were talking about the reactable. how about some reactable sounds for the ol' freesound data base?

That would be a great idea, I wonder how it sounds.

I don't have a reacTable, but I do create sounds in a similar way. I'm sure I can create something similar at least.

well, that would be cool... it would be interesting to hear your take...i would really prefer the actual thing though... not just for the sound itself, but rather for the "connection" that the reactable and the freesound project already have... it seems only right to eventually have some real reactable sounds on freesound, you know? :wink:

I can neither confirm nor decline the bond between FreeSound and ReacTable. But I started to create some similar sounds.

i first linked to the bjork/reactable article from freesound ... http://mtg.upf.edu/pages/projects ....they are side by side

There is a connection, they are both projects of the Music Technology Group at UPF.

Maybe Bram or somebody else from the MTG could get these samples for us? It would be cool.
