This comes with a story so bear with me please.
Today I was watching tv when I got a little hungry. I opened my refrigerator and saw a Styrofoam crate of eggs beaconing to me. I grabbed two eggs and decided to go hardboiled. When they were finished I started pealing the shells off the eggs and put them in a small saucer cup. When I was finished I dumped the shells out and went to the sink to wash out the cup which had a few remaining shell shards.
When the water hit the cup the shell pieces started flowing around and made some rather strange sounds. Honestly I was intrigued, as most sound recorders are when they first hear a strange sound, however I'm unable to reproduce such a sound due to my lack of a good microphone. I'm wondering if anyone out there will be willing to get a few good recordings for me, both of water being poured into a cup full of egg shells, or maybe being mixed around.
Much appreciated,
Dan
P.S. The saucer cup was made of glass/porcelain so that would give the best results.
