I've heard orchestras tune up in rather apocalyptic fashion-you know, atonal swells of trills and moans. This doesn't need to be too long, maybe a minute, and doesn't need to be melodic in any way. I have checked the site, and though there are several similar files posted, all have loud audience noise.
I cannot afford to sit close enough to an orchestra to do this myself ;<. In fact, I'm not sure I could afford to sit within line of sight...
Veritable seas of gratitude to anyone who can get this!
what about...

Thanks Bram, but like I said, I have checked the site, and already checked out the clips you point out-both have too much audience noise.
I have a few tune ups i'll upload tomorrow. More than audience noise they have the choir coughing, which could be taken as their form of tuning...
Thanks guys!
Honestly, I did not expect this post to come to anything, and it makes me feel guilty about never getting 'round to posting anything to the site ops: . So, I'm gonna upload some stuff today!
Thanks again, and thanks to Bram and everybody here at freesound for the incredible site and community!
Here's what I uploaded yesterday

As I said, you can clearly hear human sounds so maybe they wont serve but I hope they are useful to someone anyway
Have you tried www.soundsnap.com there is one sample there of an orchestra tuning that might interest you
Best,
Angel
