Excuse my lack of comprehension ... do you mean "you're" or "your" in both instances? And what does "leeds" refer to? The city?

acclivity
hi and yes thanks for the grammar lesson acclivity thanks for taking the time to reply with such knowledge and understanding of the english language! well done to you, give yourself a pat on the back, you deserve it!!, if you could help me i'm sure i wouldn't want you too as i think if you have time on your hands to correct someones spelling, you would be of no use to me,
however i think you know what i meant, irelivent of the spelling. you were just trying too be a clever dick.
benboncan
well done benboncan for jumping on the grammar bandwagon, maybe you and him should get married and share witty remarks with each other, "oh how we laughed at the person who made a spelling error, pimm's anyone".
and really, is there any difference in the sound of your and you're ?
thanks again
Yes, there is a difference in the pronunciation, that is exactly why I requested clarification,
My wife has on occasion undertaken these sorts of requests for a female voice, but somehow I've just lost the incentive to ask her.
jhanlon it is not a matter of being a "clever dick" but a matter of of clarification of nuance. It was nothing personal. If you cannot be bothered to use the language you were taught correctly don't bleat.
