I really want to know how to make this sample or where to find a sample thats sounds identical.
There are a lot of synths in the background.

I hear a clicking and a synth lead. I'm guessing it's the synth you want?

(edm = electronic dance music)

and then perhaps pitch-shifting in Audacity.

Oh, well that's just a clap with reverb and reduced volume I'd say.

You should find something suitable in
http://www.freesound.org/search/?q=clap+reverb

Or you can try some of the reverb effects in Audacity.

To get a similar sequence, you'd have to arrange it yourself
