Hi there. So I was walking through my living room when the television show my cousin was watching made a very interesting sound. I managed to record the sound and I've included a link below for you to listen.
I was wondering if anyone knew how to re-create this sound or effect? Here's the link:

The effect I'm talking about occurs around 10 seconds into the track. You can stream the file by just hitting play or you may download it. It sounds very robotic and Telefon Tel Aviv-ish and I would love to know how to go about creating it again. I use Logic Pro 8 on an Intel Mac and if you happen to know of any FX plugins or other programs that could help me produce this effect then that would be awesome.
Thanks!
Try this

that's what it sounds like they used to me...
it allows you to sequence different effects..
good luck
What about repeating some small parts of just a few milliseconds over and over again?

Just copy a part of about 500-800ms and insert it again and again...
I think this is what happened in the original file which seems to be a recording... when the audio information gets lost or out of sync with the video, the audio is repeatet until the signal is right again.
