For Foley project in class i need and few sounds and was wondering if you wonderful artists would like a challenge?

I need sounds for background for a poem and wondered if anyone can do any of these?

*Adult male grumbling (not words). The guy is really peeved off but mumbling to himself.
*Crashing sounds. Two people crashing through a door and knocking things flying.
*shaking tables and chairs.
