Hi - a long time ago someone asked me to do a 20 minute backgroun backing track for a play based in the trenches of world war one. It took me a while but with a lot of help from friends of freesound I made it and it worked very well.
Someone has just asked me for the same thing - and can I find my old work - nope!! I am so frustrated that all my work has gone.
Anyway, the reason I write to you guys is to ask for your help. I have looked though freesound and found one or two pieces I may use but there is not a lot about.
It is only gentle ambient noise I require with the odd explosion the odd WWI plane over head some mild wind and some spasmodic machine gun fire etc.
By the way if someone has my original WWI background file please get in touch I would love to have a copy of it.
I am not asking anybody to do the whole project for me - what I am asking is a little help with a few WWI sound files I could use.
