This isn't a sample, but it's a pretty cool freeware plugin that simulates vinyl records (to some extent!). You could use it to create some of your own vinyl noise, either for just the beginning like you mentioned or even for an entire song. There's some other plugins like this too but I can't remember the others right now...

I think a good example of a guy that uses this sort of idea a lot is Koushik. He has a song called "Battle Rhymes For Battle Times" that has some of those old-horns-and-vinyl-scratches sounds...good stuff!
