Seriously, even people who have the recorders that can go that high don't usually have a signal chain (mics, mic pre's, etc.) nor a cut-off filter before their D to A converters that would give you any significant content above 24KHz or so, anyway. So perhaps you might bother explaining why you want this instead of just threatening to get mad if you no one goes to the trouble to do work for you for free.
