New to this Forum, but I have used other Forums before.

Anyway I need a female robotic voice which says "low oxygen" in the same style as the female voice in "PinBall HD". I think a maybe reaching for the stars here, but ha ho give it a go.

you can make it say anything you need and download the audio file.
Then, just by adding a chorus/flanger, a comb filter, or a similar effect, you'll obtain something like this:
