Hi Alejandro,
I'm sorry to hear you're suffering from fibromyalgia. Hopefully you're undergoing proper therapy for the same.
Just out of curiosity, would you be able to describe how it helps with the pain?
There is certain research that shows some benefit from music therapy (delta waves between 0.25 to 4 Hz), but I'm interested in your take on how you think it helps you. Thanks in advance for your answer!
hi pbabin! tank you very much for your ofreciment! the useful thing for me would be 0.5hz, 1hz, and 1.5hz each of 10min duration. So I can use them on my cell phone without having to connect to the internet. If this were possible, I would be very grateful. Would they be very heavy files? From already thank you very much! I send you a hug from this south of all south (Argentina)
Hi afleetingspeck! I will try to give you a small explanation: when the pain is widespread (80% of the body) the 1.5hz waves reduce the pain and leave some areas, muscles that can not relax. To achieve this decrease I listen for 10 or 15 minutes. Then I use the 0.5 waves to try to relax the muscles that were still contracted for another 10min. Sometimes I get the pain down and sometimes I do not. Nobody knows! My experience is unique, and the results are phenomenological. Thanks for your interest!
