Vocal sample request for Hip Hop song about America's racial inequality

Hi,
Currently putting together a Hip Hop song about racial inequality in America and was hoping to enlist the services of someone to do me up a custom audio sample.
I basically need a female to put on an uptight sounding white woman voice to do a mock-up a 911 call with the following dialogue:
"Hello? 911? I'd like to report someone for having a dream..."
Please reach out to me for any further details. WAV is the preferred format but if its in mp3, I can rip it to WAV so there's no quality loss.

I disagree but whatever man. It's a peoject I'm working on, very unlikely to ever be heard by anyone except me and maybe close friends.I actually think music against the political and racial division in the us are more relevant now than ever. However, if you're not going to add anything of value besides your glib opinion you might habe just not bothered commenting and not wasted my time.

it's not just my opinion, it's evident, hip hop has become the most mainstream it has ever become as of yet, and what type of hip hop has gained popularity this past 5 years? your so called "mumble rap" so it seems to me that a whole lot of people like it and it's clear to me that this is the right direction for hip hop to go in, all political rap is doing is dividing listeners, you are literally just rapping your personal world view. the only ones that like it are the ones that agree with the message, this hasn't got anything to do with music or the hip hop genre. A good song should be a song anybody could enjoy listening to regardless of their political opinion.
I am sorry to say this but you have no idea about Hip Hop whatsoever, because it doesn't matter how many people listen to a certain song. That only matters when you care about making money. Hip Hop has been political since the 80s and if done right you can change people's perception of different issues. Of course there are rappers who do it wrong like Eminem and divide the people further, but there are also good examples like what Childish Gambino did with "This is America". Trap and "mumble rap" will fade away sooner or later, because they are just a style of rap that will get on people's nerves.
I believe we are mixing up two different things, it is important to put a distinction between the Hip Hop musical genre, and Hip hop culture, I am solely talking about the musical genre and I think that is pretty obvious, yes Hip Hop culture has been about politics, but Hip Hop as a musical art form has been centered around break beats,sampling, turntables and drum machines etc... Hip Hop music is commonly accompanied by rapping but it is not required to be defined as Hip Hop.

Anyway, im a rapper, this sites where i get a lot of my sfx for songs. I have done "political" songs but mostly I just rap about what im passionate about. Sometimes im passionate about hating the greedy 1% elitists or the music industry, or the superficiality of the modern world. Other times just passionate about drugs n shit. Anyway, you are both right, you risk alienating prob over half your fanbase by getting too political, but if the message is strong enough that shits totally worth it. I mean I wouldn't even want people who side with the corrupt as fans anyways. I mean if i make a song about trump being an asshole, i definitely wuldnt care that i lose some trump supporting fans lol
Anyway plz do me small favor and check this song out, its from like a year ago now (better stuff up there) but this one put across an important "political" message so maybe yall can fuck wit it. If so plz subscribe, let me know n il sub back.
